These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Learner", "you", or "your") and Nevara Training ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Enrolment in our courses is subject to availability and eligibility requirements. Some courses may have prerequisites or require specific qualifications. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion or if eligibility criteria are not met.

Once enrolled, you will receive access to course materials and resources as outlined in the course description. Course start dates, duration, and delivery methods will be communicated to you upon enrolment.

All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and payment plans.

• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment plans may be available for certain courses subject to approval
• Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing bookings

All course materials, content, resources, trademarks, and intellectual property provided by Nevara Training remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with third parties
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

All learners are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other learners
• Disruption of learning activities or online sessions
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Violation of health and safety regulations
• Misuse of course materials or platform resources

Violation of this code may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the course without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevara Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or course materials
• Interruption of service or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
