Our courses are accredited by leading awarding bodies including Highfield and the Security Industry Authority (SIA), ensuring your qualifications are industry-recognised and regulated by Qualifications Wales, or CCEA.

We offer flexible learning options including live online learning via Microsoft Teams, blended delivery (online theory and classroom-based practical training), and fully in-person training depending on the specific course requirements.

You can access our online learning management system (LMS) safely at learning.nevaratraining.com. After enrolment, you will receive an email with your unique login credentials and instructions on how to access your course materials and dashboard.

Yes! Our online learning platform is fully responsive and compatible with mobile devices. You can study from anywhere on almost any desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone connected to the internet.

It's easy to recover! Simply navigate to the learning portal login page and click the 'Forgot Password' link. A password reset link will be sent to the email address registered on your account.

Tutor support is actively available! You can reach out to your tutor directly via messaging within the learning platform, or you can contact our core support team at support@nevaratraining.com.

Our expert tutors and assessors aim to grade all submissions within 3 to 5 working days. In many straightforward assessment scenarios, your submissions may be graded much faster.

Yes, all our courses are regulated and you will receive a regulated certificate upon successful completion of the required assessments, such as multiple-choice examinations and practical demonstrations.

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Terms & Conditions. We allow you to cancel your individual course relatively hassle-free within 14 days of enrolment, provided we haven't already marked assignments. Please refer to our full policies for specific guidance.

Learners must present valid photographic identification, such as a passport or a driving licence, to meet the strict regulatory requirements of our awarding bodies during examinations.
